Please use the following as a guide to getting rid of SPAM (unsolicited email).


 STEP 1 - follow the "removal" instructions in their email to you on how to be removed or unsubscribed from their mailing list (give them a chance).

STEP 2 - Wait at least 3 days to take affect.

STEP 3 - If still receiving email from the same source repeat STEP 1 & STEP 2 ("Strike one").

STEP 4 - If still receiving email from the same source AFTER STEP 3, forward the offending email to
filter@stateline-isp.com ("Strike two" - that is all you should give them. After all, this isn't baseball!)   We will then address the issue of blocking the uncooperative source from further access to our domain.   In addition to this, please be advised that as of 5/1/3, any email that is in ANY quarantine in excess of 3 days may be addressed by us in order to stop further delivery to our service from said source. This may include us on your behalf attempting to remove your email address from their email lists. This is to prevent unnecessary traffic of delivery of email which is quarantined and then deleted anyway.   If you ever have any "False positives" in your Quarantine please advise us immediately so that we may adjust the filters accordingly (Our wish is not to stop legitimate email).
